STAFF Maiden Beth

Elizabeth P. Maiden

Executive Director

Elizabeth Maiden, serving as the Executive Director of the Erie County Community Foundation (ECCF) since 2016, has propelled the foundation to remarkable heights. Under her guidance, ECCF's assets have doubled to over $40 million, and the foundation has created over 50 new Funds. Elizabeth's leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic ensured critical support for nonprofits aiding the vulnerable. Recognized with the 2021 Visionary Leadership Award from the Erie County Economic Development Corporation, Elizabeth was a 2023 Leadership Ohio fellow, and continues to steer ECCF with vision and purpose.

STAFF Freeman Paul

Paul B. Freeman

Director of Development & Marketing

Paul Freeman, an adept communications and marketing professional, spearheads development and marketing efforts at ECCF. With a wealth of experience in sales, branding, and public relations, Paul brings strategic insight to his role. His tenure at Lower Bridge Marketing and various leadership positions across industries underscore his commitment to driving impactful campaigns and fostering community engagement.

STAFF Provo Pam

Pamela D. Provo

Administrative Assistant

Pam Provo, ECCF's dedicated Administrative Assistant, brings nearly three decades of experience to her role. Previously with Flynn, Py & Kruse law firm, Pam's expertise in administrative support ensures smooth operations at ECCF. Her passion for crafts and commitment to excellence reflect in her work ethic, enriching the foundation's administrative functions.

STAFF Schaefer Molly

Mollie M. Schaefer

Program Officer

Mollie's focus on education, building new programs, and developing community partnerships draws on her experience in business and communications.

Previously with Erie MetroParks, Mollie received the OPRA Excellence Award: 1st Place in Environmental & Interpretive Programs & Events in 2023, for the creation of the Erie MetroParks’ Nature on Wheels unit.

Mollie earned her BS in Environmental Science from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. In her free time, Mollie delights in reading, traveling, spending time in nature, and yoga. She and her husband, Nathan, enjoy their home with their adventurous cat.

Finance Director / Assistant Programs Director

Randy Wagner, serving as ECCF's Finance Director & Assistant Programs Director, oversees financial operations with precision and dedication. His multifaceted role underscores his commitment to fiscal stewardship and programmatic excellence. Randy's expertise ensures the community foundation's financial health while supporting impactful programs.
