STAFF Maiden Beth

Elizabeth P. Maiden

President & CEO

Elizabeth Maiden, serving as the President & CEO of the Erie County Community Foundation (ECCF) since 2016, has propelled the foundation to remarkable heights. Under her guidance, ECCF's assets have doubled to over $40 million, and the foundation has created over 50 new Funds. Elizabeth's leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic ensured critical support for nonprofits aiding the vulnerable. Recognized with the 2021 Visionary Leadership Award from the Erie County Economic Development Corporation, Elizabeth was a 2023 Leadership Ohio fellow, and continues to steer ECCF with vision and purpose.

STAFF Freeman Paul

Paul B. Freeman

Vice President of Development & Marketing

Paul Freeman, an adept communications and marketing professional, spearheads development and marketing efforts at ECCF. With a wealth of experience in sales, branding, and public relations, Paul brings strategic insight to his role. His tenure at Lower Bridge Marketing and various leadership positions across industries underscore his commitment to driving impactful campaigns and fostering community engagement.

Paul earned his Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.

Pamela D. Provo

Executive Assistant

Pam Provo, ECCF's dedicated Administrative Assistant, brings nearly three decades of experience to her role. Previously with Flynn, Py & Kruse law firm, Pam's expertise in administrative support ensures smooth operations at ECCF. Her passion for crafts and commitment to excellence reflect in her work ethic, enriching the foundation's administrative functions.

Schlesselman Heidi

Heidi Schlesselman

Program Officer

Heidi is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a strong background in Marketing, Media, and Event Planning. She has gained extensive experience working with various media outlets and professional sports teams.

Most recently, Heidi served as the Market Manager for BCSN Erie, where she led strategic initiatives to enhance local media presence and community engagement.

Randy Wagner, serving as ECCF's Vice President of Finance & Administration, oversees financial operations with precision and dedication. His multifaceted role underscores his commitment to fiscal stewardship and programmatic excellence. Randy's expertise ensures the community foundation's financial health while supporting impactful programs.
